At Ve Oh Lay Acres, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below are our return policy guidelines:

Receipt Requirement:

  • We require a receipt for all returns and exchanges. We issue receipts via email unless a printed receipt is requested at the time of purchase. Please ensure you retain your receipt to facilitate any potential return or exchange.

Exchanges Only:

  • We offer exchanges on products that are returned in their original condition. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal value. We do not offer refunds.

No Cash Value Returns:

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, particularly our wines, which may be affected by storage, heat, or weather conditions, we cannot ascertain if returned items have been compromised. As such, we do not provide monetary refunds but are happy to accommodate exchanges as stipulated.

Product Condition:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of damage not related to its original condition.

Time Frame:

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we cannot guarantee that an exchange will be possible.
